Season of Sowing “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” — Galatians 6:9 Coaching the teachers and teaching the children in our church’s Sunday School is another opportunity and responsibility to plant seeds of love, and hope. Singim, Noch, and Essa are our Sunday School teachers. While spending time with these teachers, I also teach the children alongside them. Each month, we take turns leading and teaching the children. The Kids Sunday School presented their report at church, recited their memory verse, and performed a short skit. Our Sunday School children are a mix of believers and unbelievers. It’s encouraging to see their excitement as they attend, learning Bible stories, memorizing Scripture, and enjoying crafts and fun activities. The seed may be small, but God gives the growth.   Turning Fear into Triumph God transforms our greatest fears into stepping stones of victory. Danoch and Li were married during the border conflict. It was a simple, traditional wedding, yet the journey to that day was not easy for either family. By the grace of God, the ceremony was carried through. Dara and I upheld them in prayer throughout the process. As the eldest in her family, Dara carried a vital role in helping make crucial decisions. At WABC, the church has been gathering more earnestly in prayer. Many Cambodians are deeply afraid—the clashes at the border in late July rekindled painful memories of the past. The trauma of years ago left sca...

Please PRAY for Cambodia and Thailand July 28, 2025 Borders remain closed on both sides due to ongoing tensions. The death toll continues to rise, and food scarcity is becoming a real concern, particularly in northeastern and northwestern Cambodia—areas near the border where approximately 80% to 90% of goods are imported from Thailand. Please pray for the leaders of both nations, who are scheduled to meet today in Malaysia at 3:00 PM on July 28, 2025, in hopes of reaching a lasting and peaceful resolution.  Exodus. Cambodians are gripped by fear once again, haunted by memories of the painful past from four decades ago. Thousands of families—many with elderly members and young children—are being displaced, forced to leave their homes and seek shelter under tractors, tents, and trees, without access to basic necessities such as food, toilets, clean water, and electricity.   Life’s Purpose (April –May Missions Update) Knowing the purpose of life   is important, but doing God's will in our lives is even more important. This was the aim of the teaching I shared at the church and our Shine intentional discipleship ministries. God, in His grace, blesses us to go deeper in our relationship with God, because we are made not only to love Him but to work for His glory and His Kingdom. GIBTK Housemothers, treating them for a meal.  Speaking at CGI Green Mango Khmer New Year celebration. Khmer New Year,   also known as Choul Chnam Thmey, is a major Cambodian festival marking the end of the harvest season and the beginning of the new year in the traditional Buddhist calendar.  It's a time of celebration, family reunions, and spiritual practices. This is a huge opportunity to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the real source of harvest, joy, and life.  I spent time speaking at various Khmer New Year gatherings and taking ...
