"And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.”
Matthew 21:22
Prayer is power through faith. Praise God for an answered prayer. We prayed for specific names of people, and all of them came on the launching of Shine cell ministry last week. As a result, some of them have decided to study the Bible, the rest are undecided yet all are willing to join the monthly cell fellowship. Satan was not happy; he caused discouragement and cast away confidence. The night before the big day came, I was so exhausted physically, mentally, and emotionally. However, as Psalm 120:1 says "I took my troubles to the Lord,...and He answered my prayer"(NLT). God’s sustaining grace gives me the energy to do what He wants me to do, even amid a difficult situation that we are currently facing with one of the disciples. We hoped for at least one person to study the Bible among the 10 who came, yet God gave us three! By His grace through faith, the power of prayer prevails.

Sitting left, Bunhab, Chamrueng, Mosie, Sopheak, and me.
Playing fun educational cards, two hours were not enough and they don't want to go home yet.
    Thanksgiving: Praise God for...
  1. 1. Successful launching of Shine and the possibility of having new Bible study contacts though in a limited crowd due to the pandemic crisis. An answered prayer!
  2. 2. Leakhena is more grounded with God’s Word and our weekly meetings have been a help to her leadership work, spiritual, & personal growth.
Supplication: Pray for...
  1. 1. Sreylin, Sopheak, Sreymom, Chamrueng, Mariya, Chyhoa, Bunhab, Sothorng, and Kimlang, I will be spending time meeting them once a week individually. But the first three names will be studying the Bible soon, two to three times a week. Salvation to all of them. The majority of them were my former students in LOHI.
  2. 2. Dara, as she’s in a difficult situation with her family. She’ll have the courage and be responsible to face the challenges...Her faith in God will continue to grow.
  3. 3. Good health, protection, intimacy with His Word, and prayer.
  4. 4. The spiritual growth and protection of Singim Sa. She has been a huge help to me and the ministry.
  5. 5. Complete healing from cancer of Dr. Dennis Nordine, our BSOP International Director. He had another surgery last June 22 after May 19 operation. He is recuperating at home.
Thank you so much for your faithful partnership in reaching out to Cambodians for the Lord Jesus. God be made known.
